This series of paintings focuses on the observation of the transition from day to night in a natural environment. We see wild landscapes, trees, roads and deserted corners. I try to draw the spectator’s attention to these colorful sensations that I feel during my meditative walks. Shifting and deliberately blurred, these canvases put in opposition the clarity of the sky and the darkness of the natural masses. The aim is to make the outlines disappear in order to break away from the model and keep only the impression of it.
